Quarantined...now what?!

Unfortunately, during the past few weeks many people around the globe have been experiencing mandatory quarantines amid the coronavirus pandemic. Due to the outbreak, the term “social distancing” has been frequently mentioned. Social distancing is basically another way of saying that people should physically stay away from other people to help slow down the spread of COVID-19; therefore, people will spend a lot more time at home.

Hey naturalistas…This doesn’t have to be a bad thing! Here are some things that you could do to help ease your mind of the stress and uncertainties of the pandemic:

Check out Nappily Ever After on Netflix

If you haven’t already, check out the movie Nappily Ever After(starring Sanaa Lathan). The film is actually more about female empowerment than black natural hair. Definitely a must see!
